Growing up in Liberty City, Miami, the foundation's founder experienced a world shaped by the immediate environment and the opportunities available within it. After decades of serving and protecting the community, a personal shift in perspective led to a deeper pursuit of financial knowledge, physical health, technology, and self-reliance.
That experience revealed an important truth: when people gain access to new knowledge and surround themselves with different perspectives, they can begin to imagine and pursue possibilities they may never have considered before.
Dream Beyond Foundation Inc. exists to help make that exposure available to others, especially young people who deserve the opportunity to learn foundational life skills well before adulthood.

Tiwand Hodges
Director
Raised in Liberty City, Miami, Tiwand spent more than two decades serving the community as a law enforcement officer with the Broward County Sheriff's Office. In his early 40s, a shift in perspective inspired him to pursue greater mastery of his own wealth, health, and knowledge. Today, he is passionate about self-reliance, cultivating edible gardens, studying equity markets, exploring new technologies, and maintaining physical discipline. He brings this personal commitment to the foundation's mission of helping others discover their potential and develop practical skills for the future.
Tiffannie Hodges
Director
A native of Liberty City, Tiffannie dedicated more than 30 years to serving and protecting the community through her law enforcement career with the Broward County Sheriff's Office. Her experience has shaped a strong understanding of community dynamics and the importance of access, mentorship, and opportunity. She shares the foundation's belief that exposure can influence a person's future and is committed to helping individuals move beyond perceived limitations through learning and personal growth.
Mercedez Berry
Director
Mercedez holds a Master of Social Work degree from Barry University and brings clinical and community-focused experience to the foundation's leadership. She has worked directly with youth at Assurance of Hope and other community mental health agencies and currently works at Boca Regional, advocating for and assisting patients and their families. Her social work background informs her contribution to the foundation's strategic vision and community outreach, helping guide efforts centered on health, wealth, technology, and individual empowerment.
